INITIAL COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION
TELL ME YOUR STORY
- Coaching sessions take place over either Google Meet or Zoom.
- Once this consultation is scheduled, you will receive a coaching packet to read through. The packet includes a questionnaire about you and your situation, to get you prepped and ready for making the most of our session.
- Coaching is client-focused and empowering, so you decide what we discuss in our sessions. The Six Dimensions of Health & Wellness is a coaching methodology for a whole-life assessment, and you have the option to work on these or to talk through a concern or a goal you want to achieve.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING SESSIONS
LET'S GET TO WORK
- Coaching sessions, take place over either Google Meet or Zoom.
- As part of the above mentioned coaching packet you received before the initial consultation, we will customize the coaching contract to meet your goals. It will include an estimated length of the coaching relationship, a general outline of achieving your S.M.A.R.T. goals, expectations for communication between sessions, and how coaching services will be paid and at what frequency.
- Married clients are expected to both agree to the coaching contract, and both spouses must attend any sessions regarding the couple's finances. Having both spouses attend all sessions is recommended, but not necessary in most cases, except for financial wellness sessions, as mentioned previously. The coach must be informed ahead of time and agree to any session with just one spouse attending a session.
- Frequency of sessions depends on subject matter and can be weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.
